Management Systems

ISO 9000 Quality Systems: These standards exist in various forms (overviews, requirements and guides), thus needing some familiarity in their use and interpretation for the business environment. A Quality Management System will endorse many of your existing activities, enhance others and may possibly require an introduction of some activities that have not been carried out previously. The end result is that the Company operates in a "planned and systematic manner" which provides confidence to the external customer that his expectations will be achieved. Within the Company, auditing provides the confidence that key activities are being carried out, and difficult operations are identified for improvement. Also communications are improved throughout the internal supplier chain to the eventual customer.

ISO 14000 Environmental Systems: Are based on sound management principals as established by ISO 9000. You need to identify your environmental targets and associated environmental legislation that apply to your business operations and control the operation and monitoring by auditing against the stated requirements.

Health & Safety Legislation: Once a management system has been established with auditing and improvement in progress, you have achieved over 80% of your Health & Safety Management System. By applying the same management principles to the Health and Safety Legislation you identify your own Health & Safety requirements, establish the responsibilities, and audit the activities to ensure compliance with continuous improvement of the system.
