AUTO REVISION CONTROL Keeping Master Copies of Local Files

• It is possible to configure the system so that the DIAMOND server retains a “Master” copy of a document but routes a copy of it through to a Network Drive folder or directory for Local Processing and Editing.
• Once this document has been edited it can either be emailed back to DIAMOND or it can be picked up using the “watch” capture so that a version history of that document is maintained.
• This allows DIAMOND to also be configured as a Back-up or Disaster Recovery system.
