The nature of the services provided by Business Enhancement Ltd places particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability and quality.

It is our Quality Policy to provide products and services to the highest standard of quality, which conform exactly to our client's requirements.

We will consistently understand and meet the requirements of our internal and external customers.These requirements will be clearly defined and communicated for each and every project we undertake.

The Quality Policy is the most important policy for our business and because of this, it is printed on the back of our company business cards, which help to remind our staff and most importantly of all our customers of our commitment to our Customer requirements

Responsibility

The Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for the quality of the services provided by BEL and for approving the Quality Programme. The Quality Representative is responsible to the Managing Director for monitoring the execution of the Quality Systems and reporting on their effectiveness.

Project Directors are responsible for the implementation of quality systems relevant to their activity and for the quality of the work produced by staff under their control.

Quality Assurance is the responsibility of all members of staff in the performance of their work. Determination of conformance of quality of work, both to contract and regulatory requirements is made on the basis of objective evidence of quality.

This Policy Statement will be reviewed dependent on changes in ISO 9001, and take cognisance of practical experience
